01. Terms of Service
BossAi (hereinafter referred to as "BossAi", "we", "us" or "our") provides online career services to talents around the world through its website, app and other platforms (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
Please read the terms and conditions set forth below (the "Terms of Use") as they govern your access to and use of our Services, including our various websites, APIs, email notifications, application buttons and widgets (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or displayed on the Services (collectively, "Content"). Your access and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use and your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms referenced herein.
02. Other applicable conditions
- These Terms of Use reference the additional terms of our Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of our Services.
- Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Through your use of the Services, you consent to the collection and use of such information (as set out in the Privacy Policy), including the transfer of such information within and outside Singapore for storage, processing and use by us. As part of providing the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as Service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and you cannot opt out of receiving them.

The Service is provided and operated by Yolo Technology Pte Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Singapore under Individual Company Registration Number 201628150K, with its registered office at 3 Temasek Ave, #11-02 Centennial Tower, Singapore 039190.
04. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability to you. If we change these Terms of Use, we will notify you in advance through the Platform of the changes and the effective date of these Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Service after these Terms of Use have been changed, you agree to be bound by the changes.
05. Changes to the Service
- The Services we provide are constantly evolving, and the form and nature of the Services we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Furthermore, we may cease (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to the general public without prior notice to you, and we may not be able to provide you with prior notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limitations on the use of the Services and the storage of information related to the Services at any time, without prior notice to you.
- We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that our Services or the Content are accurate, complete, current, or free from errors or omissions.
06. Access to our Services
- You may use our Services and Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. In consideration for your agreement to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to download, access and use our Services and Platform for your own personal and/or career-related purposes and for no other purposes.
- We do not guarantee that our services or the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. Access to our Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and you will be required to log in again after a certain period of time. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or modify all or part of our Services without notice. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. However, this does not apply if a user of the Services is a "consumer" as defined in the Consumer Contract Act and the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Services.
- You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Services through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
07. Account and Password
- You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions that occur after you log in by entering your password. We recommend that you use a "strong" password (a password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) for your account. You must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
- We have the right to disable any password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
- If a User becomes aware of or has any reason to suspect that the security of their login information has been breached, they must promptly notify the Company (support@bossai.id). The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to promptly notify the Company. However, this does not apply if the User of the Service is a "consumer" as defined in the Consumer Contract Act and the Company is guilty of willful or gross negligence.
08. Access to the Services
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software we provide as part of the Services, solely for the purpose of using and enjoying the benefit of the Services as provided by us, in the manner permitted by these Terms of Use.
09. Our Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights that exist in and to the Service belong to us or have been legally licensed to us for use in connection with the Service. All rights under applicable law are reserved by us. The website is copyrighted under applicable law, and you agree not to upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit, or in any way distribute any element of the platform, or create derivative works with respect thereto, in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- You agree that we are free to use, disclose, adapt, and modify all ideas, concepts, know-how, suggestions, comments, and other communications and information provided by you to us in connection with the Service and/or your use of the Service ("Feedback") for the provision of the Service without payment to you. You hereby waive and agree to all rights and claims to compensation, fees, royalties, charges, and other payments in connection with the use, disclosure, adaptation, and modification of any or all of your Feedback.
10. Your Rights
- You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any media or distribution method (now known or hereafter developed).
- You agree that this license includes the right for us to provide, promote, and improve the Service, and to make Content submitted to or through the Service available to other companies, organizations, or individuals that partner with us for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication on other media or services.
- Such additional uses by us or other companies, organizations, or individuals affiliated with us may be made without compensation to you for any Content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.
- We may make any changes to your Content necessary to adapt it to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services or media for transmission, display or distribution over computer networks and in various media.
- You are responsible for your use of the Services, the Content you provide, and any consequences thereof, including the use of your Content by other users and our third-party partners. You understand that your Content may be syndicated, broadcast, distributed, or published by our partners, and that if you do not have the rights to submit your Content for such use, it may subject you to liability. We are not liable for our use of your Content pursuant to these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant the rights granted in these Terms of Use in any Content you submit.
11. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
- Your access to and use of the Service is at your sole risk and is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- If a service malfunctions, we will provide you with a comparable service again. This is the scope of our liability and compensation. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not endorse any materials, products, or services offered through our service. We are not a party to any transactions between you and third parties.
- In no event shall the aggregate liability of our entities exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except in cases where the user of the Service is a "consumer" as defined in the Consumer Contract Act and the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- The Company does not guarantee and shall not be liable for the following:
(a) The information posted on the Service is accurate, relevant, current, or reliable, or may be used for purposes other than general reference;
(b) that the information posted on the Service is free from defects, errors, omissions, viruses, or the ability to alter, erase, add to, or damage any software, data, or equipment;
(c) that messages transmitted over the Internet, including those related to the Services, will be free from interception, corruption, error, delay, or loss;
(d) ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
(e) THAT USE OF THE SERVICES WILL PRODUCE PARTICULAR RESULTS;
(f) DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
- Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event will we be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of business, profits, goodwill, or reputation, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the information or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
- You shall exercise and rely solely on your own skill and judgment in using and interpreting the Information and in using the Service, and you shall be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Information and the Service complies with all applicable legal requirements.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, if your use of the Service is not satisfactory or you do not receive appropriate response from us in response to such use, as provided in these Terms of Use or elsewhere, as applicable, please contact our help center at support@bossai.id. Such lack of response shall not be deemed an admission or waiver of any rights.
- The limitations of liability contained in these Terms of Use apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Content on the Service
- All Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.
- You warrant that any such contributions comply with the standards set out by us, and you will be liable to and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty and will be liable for any loss or damage suffered by us as a result of any breach of your warranty.
- Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties such content for any purpose. We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights or of their right to privacy. We are not responsible, and will not be liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of our service.
- Views expressed by other users on our platform do not represent our views or values. We reserve the right to remove any postings made by users to our site if we determine that the user's posting does not meet our content standards. We do not guarantee, endorse, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communication posted through the Service, nor do we endorse any opinions expressed through the Service. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate, or, in some cases, to postings that are mislabeled or otherwise deceptive.
- Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any third party's use of the Service, including, but not limited to, the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party, or the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service or broadcast elsewhere.
- We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Service and are not responsible for such Content. Any use of or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Service or otherwise obtained by you through the Service is at your own risk.
13. Content Copyright Policy
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Services to do the same. We comply with applicable law and will respond to notices of copyright infringement that are properly provided to us. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
(i) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
(iv) Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
(v) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
(vi) A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- We reserve the right to remove any allegedly infringing content without prior notice, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you. We also will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, a user's account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. 14. Use of the Service
- We reserve the right at all times (but do not assume the obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Service, to suspend or terminate users, and to reclaim usernames, without liability to you.
(i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
(ii) to enforce these Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations thereof;
(iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues;
(iv) To respond to user support requests;
(v) We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the public.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
- Users shall not engage in the following acts while accessing or using the Service:
(i) Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of our providers;
(ii) Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;
(iii) access or search, or attempt to access or search, the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through the currently available, published interfaces we provide (and only in accordance with those terms) (scraping the Services without our prior consent is expressly prohibited);
(iv) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way using the Service to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information;
(v) Interfering with or disrupting (or attempting to do so) the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Service, or scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Service.
- We will report any conduct described in 14.3 or similar breaches to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will cooperate with them by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
15. Links to our company
You may link to our Service, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our Service in any website that is not owned by you. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
16. Third Party Links and Resources on Our Site
- Links from the Service may take you to other sites or services, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of information provided by third-party services or websites.
- The Services may contain advertising targeted to content or information on the Services, inquiries made through the Services, or other information. The type and extent of advertising by us on the Services is subject to change. In consideration for us permitting you to access and use the Services, you consent to us and our third-party providers and partners placing such advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of content or information on the Services submitted by you or others.
- Links to other websites or services do not constitute an endorsement by us of such websites or services, or the information, products, advertising, or other materials available from such third parties.
17. Compensation
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use and/or your use of this Website. We may, if necessary, participate in the defense and settlement negotiations of any claim or action. Any settlement that may adversely affect our rights or obligations will not be entered into without our prior written approval. We reserve the right, at our own expense and with notice to you, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim or action.
18. Separation
If any provision of these Terms of Use is illegal, invalid or unenforceable under the laws of any jurisdiction, this shall not affect its legality, validity or enforceability under the laws of any other jurisdiction or the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provision.
19. Multiple Users
If there are two or more users complying with these Terms of Use, they shall be jointly and severally liable and share the rights under these Terms of Use.
20. Waiver
No failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or prevent or restrict the further exercise of that right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
21. Stop
- These Terms of Use will apply until terminated by either you or us as set forth below.
- You may terminate your agreement with us at any time, regardless of the reason, by deactivating your account and ceasing use of the Service. You are not required to notify us if you decide to discontinue use of the Service.
- We may suspend or terminate your account and cease providing all or part of the Services to you at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, (i) if you violate these Terms of Use, (ii) if you create potential risk or legal exposure for us, or (iii) if we reasonably determine that providing the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account.
- In all such cases, any provisions of these Terms of Use that are expressly or impliedly intended to survive or continue in effect after the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
- Nothing in this section affects our right to modify, restrict or discontinue the provision of the Services without prior notice, as set out in Article 5 "Changes to Our Services" above.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
23. Language
These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in English. In Japan, the Japanese translation of these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence, and if translated into other languages, the English version shall take precedence.

Handling of personal information
This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the service platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") created by our company. The Platform is a channel for job seekers to search for jobs, chat, and submit resumes to recruiters, as well as a channel for companies and recruiters to search for candidates and post job openings.
We and/or our subsidiaries and/or affiliates (collectively, "we") are committed to fully complying with the requirements of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Act No. 57 of 2003. In doing so, we ensure that our staff adheres to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality with regard to all personal information and data transmitted by users via our platform, its subdomains, and other websites, media platforms, or applications.
The channels operated by the Company (collectively, the "Channels") will not disclose such information to third parties without the prior consent of the relevant users of the Channels (whether registered or not) ("Users"), except to authorized persons as set out in Section 3 below.
We strongly encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding the handling of personal information and data provided by you on the Channels. This Privacy Policy applies to both registered and unregistered users, and the provisions set forth herein may be updated, revised, changed or amended from time to time as we deem necessary.

1. Purpose of use of personal information and data
1.1 In the course of using the Channels, Users may be required to disclose or provide personal information and data. In order to benefit from and enjoy the various services provided by the Channels, Users may be required to provide personal information and/or data to the Company. Users are under no obligation to provide any information or data requested on the Channels, but if Users do not provide such information or data, the Company will not be able to provide certain services on the Channels.
1.2 The purposes for which we collect personal information and data on the Channels include, but are not limited to:
- (a) To provide you with our services ("Services").
- (b) to identify users who post advertisements, materials, messages, photos, views, comments, or other information (collectively, "Information") on the Channels;
- (c) To identify users who have viewed information posted on the Channels.
- (d) To provide you with marketing and promotional materials so that you can enjoy the benefits of being a member of the Channels (see Section 4 below entitled "Subscribing to Newsletters, Promotional Materials or Marketing Materials" for more information).
- (e) To identify users who have benefited from being members of the Channels by receiving and using marketing and promotional materials.
- (f) To provide users with a platform and forum to post photos and share and discuss insights.
- (g) To allow Channel members to enjoy the benefits of membership by registering for special events hosted by the Company.
- (h) To allow us to select and present information that meets your needs and to create personalized content.
- (i) To design and provide products and services to you in connection with the above purposes.
- (j) Compile and analyze aggregate statistics regarding your use of the Channels and your use of the Services for our internal use.
- (k) To facilitate our use of your personal data for purposes related to providing the services we offer and marketing services, special events, and promotions of our clients.
1.3 We endeavour to collect only personal information and data that is necessary and relevant, but not excessive, in relation to the above purposes.
1.4 If you are under the age of 18, we strongly recommend that you seek prior consent from your parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian may register you as a member of the Channel by contacting our responsible person at __support@bossai.id.__
1.5 If we require your personal information and data for purposes other than those mentioned above, we may request your consent. If you are a minor, we will require your parental consent.
2. Personal Information and Data Collection
2.1 We may collect personal information and data about you, such as your name, login ID and password, address, email address, telephone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level and other undisclosed work experience. We may also collect additional personal information and data from you in connection with contests, surveys or special offers.
2.2 Only our duly authorised staff have access to your personal information and data, and we may not disclose such personal information and data to third parties except in the circumstances described in Section 3 entitled "Disclosure or Transfer of Data".
3. Disclosure or Transfer of Personal Information and Data
3.1 We will take all practicable steps to keep all personal information and data of Users confidential and/or private, subject to the following conditions:
Generally, we will disclose and/or transfer your personal information and/or data to our officers and staff only for the purposes of use set out in Section 1.2. However, we may disclose and/or transfer such information and/or data to third parties in the following circumstances:
- (a) Disclosure and/or transfer of personal information and/or data to third party suppliers or external service providers who facilitate the services on the Channels and who are duly authorized by us to use the personal information and/or data under an obligation of confidentiality;
- (b) Disclosing and/or transferring personal information and/or data to our agents or affiliates who are duly authorized by us to use the personal information and/or data.
- (c) When we need to protect and defend our rights and property.
- (d) If we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
- (e) When we deem it necessary to maintain and improve the services on the Channels.
3.2 Personal data collected via the Channels may be transferred, stored, and processed in any country in which we operate. By using the Channels, you consent to and authorize us to disclose and/or transfer your personal information and data in the above circumstances, and to transfer information (including personal information) outside your country (Singapore).
For information on the systems for protecting personal information in the foreign countries to which we provide your information, please see the "Survey on Systems for Protecting Personal Information in Foreign Countries" posted on the Personal Information Protection Commission website (<https://www.ppc.go.jp/enforcement/infoprovision/laws/offshore_report_singapore/>). Third parties to which we provide your information comply with the systems for protecting personal information in those foreign countries.
4. Subscribing to newsletters, promotional or marketing materials
4.1 We may from time to time send you Channel newsletters, promotional materials and marketing materials based on the personal information and data you provide to us. We may use your data for direct marketing and require your consent (including your indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this regard, please note the following:
- (a) Your name, login ID and password, contact details, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, level of education and work experience held by us may be used by us and/or our authorized staff for direct marketing purposes.
- (b) The following types of services, products, and themes may be sold:
- (i) To send you alerts, newsletters, updates, mailers, promotional materials, special offers, congratulatory greetings, recommended jobs, new job postings, new candidate profiles, recommended candidate profiles, ongoing promotions and bundles, invitations to events and activities, to participate in or attend an event or activity and to contact you regarding your participation in an event or activity.
- (ii) products and services offered by us and our advertisers (as the case may be, the names of such entities appear in the relevant advertisements and/or promotional or marketing materials for the relevant products or services);
- (iii) charitable and/or non-profit donations
- (c) The products, services and subject matter described above may be provided or (in the case of donations) solicited by us and/or:
- (i) Third-party service providers offering the products, services, and subject matter described in Section 4.1(b) above;
- (ii) a charitable or non-profit marking organization;
- (d) In addition to marketing the services, products and subjects mentioned above, we also intend to provide the data described in Section 4.1(a) above to all or some of the persons described in Section 4.1(b)(ii). If we use such information to market these services, products and subjects, we will require your written consent (including a no-objection statement) for that purpose.
- (e) We may receive money or other property in exchange for providing your data to others as described in Section 4.1(b)(ii) above, and if we request your written consent as described in Section 4.1(b)(ii), we will notify you if we receive money or other property in exchange for providing your data to others as described above.
4.2 Users may choose not to receive Channel newsletters, promotional materials, marketing materials, etc. as described in 4.1. In this regard, Users may choose to sign up or unsubscribe from such materials by logging into their registration or user account maintenance webpage, by clicking on the automated link displayed in each newsletter/message, or by contacting our customer service representatives.

5. Access
5.1 All users have the right to request access to or correct their personal information and data stored with us by contacting our customer service representatives at 03-5860-1025 or sending an email to support@bossai.id.
5.2 If you wish to access or correct your personal information and data, we may request you to provide us with personal information necessary to verify and confirm your identity. ID card numbers, passport numbers, or company registration numbers cannot be corrected unless the data can be proven to be inaccurate. We will respond to your request within 14 business days of your request and will endeavor to comply with your request where possible.
6. Cookies and Log Files
6.1 We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you while you visit and browse the Channels, unless your information is explicitly requested. When you access the Channels, we simply log your visit and do not collect any personal information or data. The Channels' server software also records domain name server addresses, tracks the pages you visit and stores them in cookies, and collects and stores information in log files, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and clickstream data. All of this happens without you knowing it is happening.

8.1 The Channels may provide links to other websites, media platforms, or applications that are not owned or controlled by us.
